This application under Article 215 of the Constitution of India read with the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 has been filed by the petitioner alleging willful violation of orders dated 3rd March, 1989 and 4th April, 1989 passed by the Hon'ble Justice Umesh Chandra Banerjee in Suit No. 457 of 1989.

Since no one appears on behalf of the petitioner, the application for contempt is dismissed for default.
