... for the petitioner The Court: The petitioner has filed the present application being GA/1/2023 praying for amendment in the affidavit of assets. Counsel for the petitioner submits that by an order dated 10th May, 2018 this Court allowed the probate and on 5th July, 2018 probate was issued. Counsel for the petitioner submits that after the grant of probate the petitioner came to know that details of folio have not been described in the affidavit of assets and as such the petitioner intends to bring on record with respect of the details of the folio as mentioned in the proposed amendment. Considered the submission made by the counsel for the petitioner. Perused the application.

This Court finds that amendment, as sought for, is formal in nature. Accordingly, the application is allowed in terms of prayers (a) and (b) of the Master's Summons.

GA/1/2023 is disposed of.
