Grievance of the petitioners is that despite repayment of the entire loan amount, CIBIL score has not been properly updated. 2.

Learned advocate representing the HDFC Bank submits, upon instruction that, the loan amount of the petitioners has been repaid and there is no due from the end of the petitioners.

The instant writ petition is disposed of by directing both the Bank and the CIBIL authority to update their records by taking into the fact that the petitioners have secured the loan amount. Steps shall be taken in the

matter, at the earliest, but positively within a fortnight from the date of communication of this order.

WPO/136/2025 stands disposed of.
