The Court: Heard counsel appearing on behalf of the parties. Upon considering the facts and circumstances of the case I am of the view that the prayer for extending the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal should be extended for a further period of six months.

Since no affidavits are exchanged allegations made in the petition are deemed to be denied and disputed.
