The Court: The propounder examines one witness in support of his case. Examination in chief is concluded.

The witness on behalf of the propounder identifies the signatures of the testatrix in the Will being Exhibit A. The witness also identifies the attesting witnesses and states in evidence that the testatrix signed the Will first and thereafter, the attesting witnesses. The witness also identifies the signatures of the attesting witnesses. The witness adducing evidence on behalf of the propounder states during examination in chief that the Will was executed on September 2, 2016.

In such circumstances, the will being proved in solemn form, a probate be granted to the last Will and testament made and published by the testator on September 2, 2016 throughout Union of India.

PLA No.91 of 2019 is disposed of.
