1. A supplementary affidavit has been filed in Court annexing the challan for deposit of money in the Public Provident Fund Scheme, 1968 on 11th October, 2014.

2. Learned advocate representing the bank has obtained instruction which clearly mentions that the Account No.10263363069 mentioned in the challan is incorrect/invalid.

3. As the bank is unable to trace out the account referred to by the petitioner, accordingly, there is no scope to grant any relief to the petitioner.

4. The writ petition fails and is hereby dismissed.

5. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all the requisite formalities. (AMRITA SINHA, J.) kc
