The Court: This is an application seeking for appointment of Ms. Manjulika Das, being defendant/petitioner no. 1(d) to represent the branch of original defendant no. 1.

Mr. Ayan Kumar Boral, learned Advocate for the applicant submits that previously by order dated 18th May, 2017 passed in GA 1725 of 2017 Ms. Manjulika Das, defendant no. 1(d) was appointed to represent the branch of defendant no.1. After passing of such order, the developer P.S Group Realty Ltd. has backed out from the project. Accordingly, the petitioner has filed this

application for appointing Ms. Manjulika Das, defendant no. 1(d) to represent the branch of original defendant no. 1.

Learned Advocates for the plaintiff and defendant nos. 3(c), 4 to 9, 10 and 11 do not raise any objection.

It is found at page 59 of this application that by order dated 18th May, 2017 passed in GA 1725 of 2017 Ms. Manjulika Das defendant no. 1(d) was allowed to represent the branch of defendant no. 1 and was also authorized and empowered to execute and register development agreement and Power of Attorney and direction was also issued for registration of the development agreement by the registering authorities.

Considering the above, let there be an order in terms of prayers (a), (b) and (c) of the Notice of Motion.

GA/16/2024 stands disposed of.
