The Court : This is an application for execution of an award dated 30 July 2018. It is submitted by Mr. Yadav, Advocate appearing on behalf of the judgment-debtor that during the pendency of this execution application an award sought to be executed has been stayed.

In view of the submission made on behalf of the judgment-debtor, EC No. 95 of 2019 stands dismissed with liberty to the decree-holder to file a fresh application, if the circumstances so warrant in accordance with law.
