..for the plaintiff The Court:- In the Judgment dated 13.3.2024, the decree was directed to be drawn up and the instant suit was disposed of with all pending applications, if any.

Today, Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the Plaintiff submits that at the time of draw-up decree from the Department, it is found in the records that there are some typographical errors in cause title number. The records are as follows:- 'C.S. No. 273 of 1992' should be inserted instead of 'C.S. No. 273 of 1991' in four records i.e., Vakalatnama, in the statement of Plaintiff, concise statement and at page no.1 of the plaint.
