The petitioner is aggrieved by the order that has been passed by the Special Officer (Building) in permitting retention of the unauthorized structure upon payment of fees. The Mayor-in-Council approved the said order.

Validity of the decision of the Mayor-in-Council or the order passed by the Special Officer (Building) cannot be adjudicated in the contempt proceeding.

It will be open for the petitioner to approach the appropriate authority, in accordance with law, if so advised. 4.

The contempt petition stands disposed of.
