At the present stage, the petitioner is not aware whereabouts of the assets. He seeks disposal of the application. In such circumstances, AP 165 of 2020 is disposed of as not pressed. Interim orders, if any, stand vacated. The Receiver appointed stands discharged without the requirement to file accounts.
