As per the order dated 5th May, 2022, the matter was listed on 4th April, 2022 and the counsel for the plaintiff prayed for accommodation but when the matter was called on 5th May, 2022 none appears on behalf of either of the parties and no accommodation was sought for. Vide order dated 5th May, 2022 it was clarified that in case no step is taken on the date fixed, appropriate order will be passed. When the matter is called on today, none appears on behalf of either of the parties.

In view of the above, CS/374/1987 is dismissed for default. Interim order, if any, is thereby vacated.
