The Court: It is submitted by the petitioner that the remuneration of the Receiver has been paid. It is further submitted on behalf of the petitioner upon instructions that the petitioner does not want to proceed with the application and wishes to withdraw the same. In view of the aforesaid, AP/169/2020 is dismissed as withdrawn. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
