...for the respondent The Court: Learned counsel for the petitioner rightly points out that two errors crept into the order dated February 28, 2024. In the third paragraph of the second page, in the penultimate line, the expression "show cause notice" will be preceded by the word "second". In the second paragraph of the third page of the same order, the expression "Forensic Audit Report taken out at the instance of the Punjab National Bank" shall be read as "CBI FIR lodged by the Punjab National Bank".

Let the said two corrections be deemed to stand incorporated in the order dated February 28, 2024.
