2. Both parties are ad idem that the mandate should be extended.

3. It is submitted that the mandate is going to expire on 21st March, 2025.

4. The matter is at the stage of final arguments.

5. Considering the advanced stage of the proceeding, this Court deems it fit to extend the mandate of the learned Arbitrator by a further period of six months from the date of communication of

this order, to enable the learned Arbitrator to make and publish his Award.
