The Court: Some procedural problems were involved in this matter. The appellant has duly rectified the same.

The subject matter of the application (IA GA-COM/2/2024) where we passed our order dated 19th February 2024 has now been incorporated in the appeal filed by the appellant (APOT/278/2023), pursuant to our directions in the said order dated 19th February 2024.

The prayer made in the supporting application (GA-COM No. 2/2024) is very innocuous. The appellant petitioner seeks to transfer its entire fund from Kotak Mahindra Bank to the Bank of India and that the court should permit such transfer in compliance with its order dated 30th August 2023 as if instead of Kotak Mahindra Bank, its account is with the Bank of India. We allow such prayer.

Order in terms of prayer (c) of the stay petition.

The appeal (APOT 76 of 2024) and the connected application [G.A. (Com) No.2 of 2024] are disposed of dispensing with all formalities. All the parties, Kotak Mahindra Bank and Bank of India are to act on the basis of a server copy of this order.
