The Court:-Affidavit of service filed in Court today be kept on record. The writ petitioner is aggrieved that the Office of the Commissioner of Police, Kolkata has not communicated the costs required for deploying force for executing the order of the District Magistrate, 24 Parganas (S) bearing Memo No. 1133/SARFAESI dated 16th November, 2021 passed under Section 14 of the Act of 2002.

In that view of the matter, the Office of the Commissioner of Police, Kolkata shall communicate to the petitioner, the cost and expenditure for deploying force for the purpose of carrying out the aforesaid order of the District Magistrate, by 7th February, 2022.

Upon deposit of the sums as indicated, the Commissioner of Police, Kolkata shall arrange the secured asset to be delivered by the respondent no. 5 to the State Bank within seven days thereafter.

The cause title of the writ petition as wrongly appearing in today's cause list may be corrected suitably to indicate the respondent, State of West Bengal. The writ petition is thus disposed of.
