The Court : The parties have entered into an out of Court compromise with regard to the subject matter of the suit. The compromise is recorded in a Terms of Settlement dated 25th March, 2023 which is duly signed by the plaintiff and the defendant and counter-signed by their respective advocates is filed in Court today and is taken on record. Apparently the Terms of Settlement appears to be lawful.

The suit is decreed in terms of the Terms of Settlement. The decree be drawn up by treating the Terms of Settlement as part of the decree. The suit accordingly stands disposed of.
