Counsel for the plaintiff has brought the written instruction from the plaintiff by a communication dated 22nd August, 2024 which shows that the parties have settled their disputes and by entering into a settlement. Accordingly, the plaintiff did not intend to proceed with the matter. In terms of the communication dated 22nd August, 2024, the Counsel for the plaintiff prays for withdrawal of the suit. In view of the above submissions made by Counsel for the plaintiff and in view of the written communication dated 22nd August, 2024 CS-COM/566/2024 is dismissed as withdrawn.

Accordingly, interlocutory application is also dismissed as withdrawn. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
