The Court: Petitioner does not want to proceed with the execution application, as the matter has been settled out of Court for a sum of Rs.7 lakhs. Petitioner submits that the dues payable have been discharged. Under such circumstances, AP-COM 159 2025 is disposed of upon recording such settlement arrived at between the parties.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
