The Court : The suit and the application wherefrom the order under contempt emanates have been respectively withdrawn and disposed of on the basis of a settlement arrived on by and between the parties and recorded in the minutes of the meeting of the Board of Management of Tagore Society for Rural Development held on 21st August, 2023 at 46B, Arabinda Sarani, Kolkata - 700 005 at 2.30 PM.

In view of such settlement, nothing further survives in the present contempt application.

In the facts and circumstances as aforesaid, the contempt proceedings is dropped. The contempt application being CC 10 of 2023 is disposed of without any further order.
