In such circumstances, EC/67/2016 stands dismissed as withdrawn. Liberty is granted to the award-holder to file a fresh execution application if the circumstances so warrant after obtaining necessary particulars of the award-debtors.

Liberty is also granted to the award-holder to take back the original award after replacing the same with the photocopy thereof. All connected interlocutory applications stand disposed of. The warrants of arrest, if any, stand discharged. Interim orders, if any, also stand vacated.
