1. It appears that in the judgment and order dated 22nd September, 2025, the name of the petitioner appearing in the cause title has been incorrectly recorded as "India Paint Association" in place and stead of "Indian Paint Association". Let the same be corrected accordingly.

2. The Department is directed to carry out the aforesaid correction.

3. The other portions of the judgment and order dated 22nd September, 2025 remain unaltered.
