For petitioner The Court :- This is an application for grant of probate of the last Will and Testament dated 12th December, 2005 left behind by the above named deceased.

After issuance of citations, no one has come forward to object to the grant of probate applied for in PLA No. 87 of 2025. The department has issued a no caveat certificate.

Considering the view of the department upon complete scrutiny, the application for grant of probate is allowed by granting order in terms of prayer (d) of the petition as the will has been proved in common form by the affidavit of attesting witness.
