The Court: It appears from the earlier orders of Court that there is a proceeding pending under Section 7 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 before the National Company Law Tribunal, Hyderabad. Repeated opportunities have been granted to the parties. The respondent no. 1 remains unrepresented.

In such circumstances, EC/97/2019 is disposed of by granting liberty to the decree-holder to file an appropriate application in accordance with law under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 and approach the National Company Law Tribunal, Hyderabad.

In view of the aforesaid directions, EC/97/2019 alongwith all connected applications stands disposed of.
