The Court: It is rightly pointed out by the learned Advocate for the appellant that two mistakes cropped up in the Judgment dated December 24, 2025.

In the second line of the second page of the said Judgment, the address has been erroneously mentioned as "flat situated at 3A, 14, Ashoka Road, Kolkata-700027", whereas it should be read as "flat no.3A, situated at 14, Ashoka Road, Kolkata-700027".

The same correct address shall be read instead of the address mentioned on the 4th line of the second paragraph of the second page of the said Judgment as well.

In the array of Counsel appearing for the respondent no.1, as appearing in the Judgment dated December 24, 2025, instead of "Ms. Ranjabati Ray", the name "Mr. Ranjan Ray" was transcribed. Let such error be deemed to stand corrected as well.

Let these corrections be deemed to stand incorporated in the Judgment dated December 24, 2025.
