It is submitted that the entire awarded sum (principal plus interest) has been paid. The award holder acknowledges such payment. Under such circumstances, EC/11/2024 is disposed of upon recording full and final satisfaction of the award. The direction passed on February 21, 2025, upon the Reserve Bank of India to attach the account of the South Eastern Railways to the extent of Rs.36 lakhs, is recalled.
