...for the respondent The Court: Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that despite repeated attempts, the Receiver cannot be contacted. He submits that, the Receiver be permitted to submit his report with the Registrar, Original Side or the department. Since the petitioner referred the disputes to arbitration, the petitioner may be granted liberty to pursue its remedies under Section 17 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. Respondent is represented. Learned advocate appearing for the respondent submits that, the respondent challenged the reference. In view of the petitioner making the reference of the disputes to arbitration, it would be appropriate to dispose of AP 188 of 2020. The parties are at liberty to obtain reliefs before the arbitral tribunal. The Receiver will submit his report before the arbitral tribunal. The arbitral tribunal is at liberty to issue such direction with regard to the Receiver as deemed appropriate.
