1. This is an application for extension of the mandate of the learned Arbitrator.

2. Both the learned advocates for the respective parties submit that the mandate is going to expire on 31st March, 2025 and the proceedings are at matured stage.

3. The records reveal that final arguments are going on.

4. The mandate of the learned Arbitrator has been extended on an earlier occasion as well.

5. Under such circumstances, for ends of justice the mandate of the learned Arbitrator is extended for a further period of six months

from the date of communication of this order, to enable the learned Arbitrator to make and publish his Award.

6. AP-COM/167/2025 is, accordingly, disposed of.

7. As no affidavits are called for, the allegation and counter-allegation are deemed to be denied.
