The Court:- It is submitted on behalf of both the parties that during the pendency of this proceeding, the parties have settled their disputes. A Terms of Settlement dated 12 June, 2023 filed on behalf of the parties and the respective advocates on record is filed in Court. The judgment debtor hands over a demand draft of Rs.50 lakhs to the decree-holder dated 14 June, 2023.
