For the petitioner The Court: Learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners, being the 3 executors to the Will of the deceased, makes a prayer of condonation of delay in carried out of Section 317 of the Indian Succession Act, 1925. According to Counsel, the probate was granted on 30th September, 2019 and six months of filing the inventory expired on 30th March, 2020 and for filing the accounts on 30th September, 2020. Counsel submits that both are ready to be filed. Since, the order of the Supreme Court passed in the order dated 23rd March, 2020 till 27th April, 2021 has extended all period of limitation under the general and special laws until further orders, the prayer made on behalf of the petitioner is permitted. The petitioner is directed to file inventory and accounts by tomorrow which is 25th August, 2021 upon payment of costs which is reasonable assessed at

Rs.20,000/-paid within a week from date to the State Legal Services Authority for being used for Covid-orphans.
