The Court:- Heard learned Counsel for the parties. In view of the volume of the materials to be considered by the Arbitrator and the arguments being advanced, this Court is of the opinion that the prayer for extension of the mandate of the Arbitrator ought to be allowed. Accordingly, AP/47/2024 is allowed, thereby extending the mandate of the learned Arbitrator till January 15, 2025.
