The Court:- In course of hearing, it transpires that the present intervenor had received compensatory money from different authorities, like NSE and BSE. This is neither in the application nor in the reply. A supplementary affidavit, therefore, is necessary disclosing whether the petitioner approached appropriate forum for redressal of its grievance and whether the petitioner/intervenor had received compensatory in this regard.
