Mr. Rakshit, learned advocate is appearing for the respondent School Authorities and submits, on the basis of the annexed documents in the writ petition and instructions, that the petitioner's grievance has already been mitigated and there virtually subsists no cause of action in this case, to be adjudicated.

However, in absence of the writ petitioner, this matter is being dismissed for default.
