General Citation and Special Citation were issued. No testamentary caveat has been lodged by any of the persons cited. "No caveat certificate" has been issued by the department.

Considering the view of the department upon complete scrutiny, the probate is granted by allowing the petition in terms of prayer [d] of the petition. The petition for grant of probate being PLA 44 of 2022 stands disposed of, accordingly.
