The Court : This is an application for extension of the mandate of the learned Arbitrator which expired in February, 2025. Both parties agree that the mandate must be extended as the arguments are complete and only the publication of the award is awaited.

Considering the progress made in the proceedings, ends of justice demands that the mandate of the learned Arbitrator should be extended by a further period of three months from the date of communication of this order, to enable the learned Arbitrator to make and publish his award.
