...for the award-debtor The Court: In terms of the order dated 11th December, 2025, a report has been submitted by the Registrar, Original Side, dated 5th January, 2026. The said report records that a sum of Rs. 22,55,435/- is lying to the credit of the present proceedings with the Registrar, Original Side, as on 31.12.2025.

Accordingly, the Registrar, Original Side, is directed to release the aforesaid amount in terms of the arbitral award dated 18th February, 2025, in favour of the claimant and the respondent in equal proportion, i.e., 50% each, after deducting such commission charges and/or poundage as may be applicable and retained by the Registrar, Original Side, High Court at Calcutta.

With the aforesaid direction, the present execution petition is disposed of.
