Counsel for the plaintiff submits that the matter has been amicably settled by the parties as the defendants have paid the total amount of Rs.27,57,131/- by way of Demand Draft No. 081558 dated 22nd April, 2022 of IDBI Bank. Counsel for the plaintiff submits that the plaintiff has received the said amount as full and final payment and there is no further claim against the defendants and the plaintiff does not intend to proceed with the matter against the defendants.

In view of the above, CS/57/2020 is dismissed as withdrawn. GA/3/2022 filed by the defendants is not pressed and the same stands dismissed as not pressed.
