...for the judgment-debtor The Court: Learned advocate for the award-holder submits that the claim has been settled between the parties and the award has been adjusted. Affidavit to this effect is taken on record. The bank draft has been handed over to the award-holder in Court. Paragraph 8 of the affidavit is quoted below : "8. Leave may be granted to accept this affidavit for full and final settlement of dues between the parties and the payment has been made by the judgment-debtor and the Award-holder has received and acknowledged the same as full and final payment vide Union Bank of India DD no. 17969h dated 20.11.2024."

Accordingly, the execution application EC/96/2023 stands disposed of subject to encashment of the bank draft.
