The Court: Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that certain relevant documents have not been annexed to the present writ petition, for which the petitioners seek to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to sue afresh on the selfsame cause of action. Accordingly, WPO/169/2024 is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioners to file a fresh writ petition/initiate a fresh action on the self-same cause of action.
