...for the alleged contemnors The Court: The petitioner in person and Ms. Chattaraj, learned Advocate, for the alleged contemnors, are present.

According to Ms. Chattaraj, in terms of the order of the Hon'ble Division Bench in APOT No. 384 of 2024, the petitioner has been paid with his dues. Ms. Chattaraj has submitted that the same would amount to due compliance of this Court's order dated January 16, 2024.

The petitioner though has some dispute with regard to the components of the amount paid to him, however, so far as this contempt petition is concerned, the Court is of considered opinion that with regard to the direction of this Court, as well as of the Division Bench in APOT No. 384 of 2024, substantial compliance thereof has already been made.

Hence, finding no further issues for adjudication in this contempt, the same is disposed of as dropped.
