The Court: Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the asset is in the custody and control of the respondent. The disputes have since been referred to arbitration. Therefore, the present petition under Section 9 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 is no longer maintainable. In such circumstances, AP 194 of 2019 is dismissed as infructuous. This, however, will not prevent the parties from raising the same points before the appropriate forum. All interim orders stand vacated.
