Counsel for the plaintiff has filed Terms of Settlement and submits that the parties have settled the disputes by entering into a Terms of Settlement dated 30th June, 2022. Counsel for the plaintiff prays for disposal of the instant suit in terms of the Terms of Settlement by passing a decree making the Terms of Settlement as part of the decree. Counsel for the defendant has also supported the Terms of Settlement and prayed for passing a decree in terms of the Terms of Settlement.

In view of the submissions made by the counsel for the respective parties and the Terms of Settlement dated 30th June, 2022, CS/63/2019 is disposed of by treating the Terms of Settlement dated 30th June, 2022 as part of the decree.

Decree may be drawn up accordingly.
