1. This is an application for extension of the mandate of the learned Arbitrator.

2. It is submitted that the mandate of the learned Arbitrator has expired on February 12, 2025.

3. It is submitted that the witness action is going on.

4. Considering the advanced stage of the proceeding, this Court is of the view that the mandate of the learned Arbitrator should be extended.

5. Accordingly, for the ends of justice, the mandate of the learned Arbitrator is extended by a further period of eight months from the

date of communication of this order, to enable the learned Arbitrator to make and publish his Award.

6. AP/35/2025 is, accordingly, disposed of.
