The Court:- It is submitted by the decree-holder that during the pendency of this proceeding, the decree has been assigned to Kotak Mahindra Bank Limited.

In view of the aforesaid, the decree-holder prays for liberty to withdraw this application and file it afresh in accordance with law. Accordingly liberty is also granted to the decree-holder to take back the original certified copy of the award executed after replacing the same with a photocopy thereof.

With the aforesaid direction, EC/118/2020 stands dismissed as withdrawn.
