It appears that the Special Officer (Building) passed an order in respect of the unauthorized construction on 20th December, 2024. The said order is handed over to the learned advocate for the petitioner in Court today. 3.

The order is an appealable one. In the event the petitioner is aggrieved, it will be open for the petitioner to approach the competent forum for remedy in accordance with law, if so advised.
