The Court:- From the instruction forwarded by the Deputy Licence Officer (H.Q.), Licence Officer (H.Q.) and the Chief Manager, Licence Department, Kolkata Municipal Corporation signed on 19.03.2024, it appears that the certificate of enlistment which was issued on 14.08.2021 in the name of M/S. The Calcutta Garden Bungalow run by the private respondent has been closed through K.M.C. web portal on 15.03.2024.

In view of closure of the licence, the place in question cannot be used for commercial purpose.
