We observe and direct that the admissibility and proof of documents tendered in Court with or without objection, marked as exhibits or initially marked as exhibits and subsequently directed to be deleted from the list of exhibits shall be open and considered at the trial of the suit in accordance with law.

The impugned judgement and order dated 18th September, 2018 clarified and modified to the above extent.
