The Court:- Perused the report filed by the Executive Engineer (Civil), Building Department, Borough-III of the Kolkata Municipal Corporation signed on 26.04.2024.

It appears therefrom that the construction which has been detected appears to be an old one. The petitioner acquired right of the property in the year 2022 and now detected unauthorized construction. Further submission is that construction has been made in front of the main gate of the petitioner encroaching upon the petitioner's property. As regards encroachment of the petitioner land and blocking the ingress and egress, it will be open for the petitioner to approach the competent Civil Court for relief.

The contempt application stands disposed of.
