.for KMC The Court: Learned advocate representing the petitioner submits that the demolition programme is going on. The instruction forwarded by the engineers of the Corporation signed on 25th April, 2024 mentions that the department started demolition work on day-to-day basis on and from 23rd March, 2024. Roof, slab, beam, column of the 6th floor was fully demolished. Roof,

slab, beam of the 5th floor, portion of slab of the 4th floor was demolished. Stair head room of the building was demolished and some brick walls in the 4th, 5th and 6th floors were demolished. Now demolition of the outer brick wall is going on.

The Corporation is directed to demolish the internal and the external unauthorised constructions completely. The writ petition stands disposed of.

In view of the disposal of the writ petition, nothing remains to be decided in the connecting application. The same stands disposed of. Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
